Synopsis

On the final day of a Florida beach vacation, a group of friends stumble upon a derelict house hiding a massive alligator and Gator Face, an axe-wielding killer in a grotesque reptile mask. After a brutal attack leaves several friends dead, survivor Jess escapes into the swamp and joins forces with four stranded travelers whose van has broken down nearby. As Gator Face hunts them through collapsing shacks, flooded marshes, and a maze-like junkyard, the group uncovers the horrifying truth: the killer serves a fanatical swamp cult devoted to an ancient alligator god. Human sacrifices are fed to the gators that lurk beneath the dark water. With their numbers dwindling and the cult closing in, Jess and the survivors must fight their way through the deadly backwoods before they become the next offering.
